climate events to understand their<br \/>health impacts and enable rapid scientific assessments during\u2014or even<br \/>before\u2014climate-health crises<\/li><li><strong>Building capacity and technical expertise:<\/strong> Providing specialized on-the-job<br \/>training and e-learning programmes to strengthen the technical skills of<br \/>National Meteorological and Hydrological Services (NMHSs) and Ministries of<br \/>Health (MoH).<\/li><li><strong>Strengthening collaboration and co-production:<\/strong> Jointly design climate<br \/>services with climate scientists and health experts
